Will my driver speak English?

Of course! English is necessity for all Europe-Journey drivers. They also speak their native language or you can meet a driver who speaks as well some other languages. They are ready to answer and discuss all your interesting questions related to local culture, history and much more. Due to a fact they speak the local language, they can provide you with a unique opportunity to connect with natives.

Is it possible to choose the type of a car?

Good try 😊 Our priority is to keep you as safe, reliable and comfortable as possible. However, the type of car you receive depends on the number of travelers in your group. Eg.: a sedan (comparable to Volkswagen Passat) for up to 3 passengers, MPV for groups of 4 (comparable to a Volkswagen Touran), or a van (comparable to Volkswagen Transporter) for groups of up to 7. In case of larger group than 7, a combination of vehicles will be used. Prices vary according to the size of group and vehicle, for the exact price there are quotes on the booking page. We try our best to meet your needs, so you may luckily be upgraded to a larger vehicle class free of charge, depends on availability.

What if I have bigger than a „carry on“ luggage?

Every traveller is allowed to have one big luggage (29 x 21 x 11 inches = 73,6 x 53 x 28 cm) and one small luggage that cannot exceed 22 x 14 x 9 inches (= 55,8 x 35,6 x 22,8 cm). Please let us know in case of oversized baggage, and we lead you through the simple process of upgrading to a bigger vehicle.

Where will be the pick-up/drop-off point?

The driver you booked will pick you up/drop you off at your hotel, apartment, restaurant, airport, bus/train station, harbor dock, or any other pick-up/drop off place that is accessible by car. Door-to-door service is the motto of Europe-Journey!

Will I receive the confirmation of my pick-up from my driver?

You will have a general confirmation of your route from Europe-Journey, there will not be any other confirmation from your driver unless you specially request it. Few days before your departure you will receive direct contact of your driver (name and mobile number) for urgent needs. But do not worry, your driver will meet you at the agreed time and place.

What payment options do I have?

There is variations of payment. You can either pay in advance via Paypal/credit card or directly in cash at your pick-up/drop-off point.

Are all services included or will any additional fees surprise me?

No surprise of such kind. The quoted price is final and there are no additional fees for Europe-Journey services. Obviously when it comes to optional activities done by third parties (such any entrance fees etc.), these are excluded from the price of the trip, unless specified otherwise.

Am I safe to travel with Europe-Journey?

Do not doubt about it! We regularly screen our drivers for criminal and traffic records, plus we personally interview each of them. Besides, we inspect their cars for safety, reliability and comfort. In addition, all cars must be less than ten years old, in excellent operating condition, and insured as required by law of individual country . Due to a fact our drivers are locals, they are familiar with the rules and habits of the road. We are convinced that this all provides a safer and overall more comfortable experience for your travels with  Europe-Journey.

Will my sightseeing stop be open?

Although we would love to, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you that every attraction will be open on your trip. The off-season is our biggest enemy. The best recommendation from us is to individually check the opening hours in advance. Or Europe-Journey‘s customer service department is happy to respond all questions related to your trip.

If I am not able to find the destination I want to travel to/from on your website, is it still possible to ask your services?
