For our travel startup we are looking for a customer care representative who will provide regular customer support.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work as needed and ability to respond quickly to messages – from the beginning you will work 4 – 10 hours a week with the possibility to work more over some time.
- High level of English (you will communicate with customers who are mainly from the USA).
- Own computer/phone and be able to connect during the day at any time.
- You have to like to communicate with people and be able to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer requirements.
