In any case we always provide local drivers for our customers, which means that you will travel with a driver who knows the area well and speaks the local language. Although our drivers are not professional guides, they are always ready to share with you their own insights into local life, culture, history and answer your questions.

We want all of our passengers to feel safe and comfortable whilst travelling with Europe-Journey. So the type of car depends on the number of travelers in your group and we always make sure it meets our strict requirements in terms of size.

Our drivers operate with these types of vehicles:

• 1-3 passenger/s – comfortable sedan – up to 3 suitcases + cabin luggage
• 4 passengers – family MPV – up to 4 suitcases + cabin luggage
• 5-7 passengers – large VAN – up to 7 suitcases + cabin luggage

If you prefer a larger vehicle, please choose different amount of travelers in the booking form according to this description to ensure your preferred type of transport.

Our drivers are not professional tour guides. They are professional local drivers who are knowledgeable about the area and they can provide you with their insights into the local life and culture.

The quoted price is final and there are no additional fees for Europe-Journey services.

Every traveler is allowed to have one big luggage (29 x 21 x 11 inches = 73,6 x 53 x 28 cm) and one small luggage that cannot exceed 22 x 14 x 9 inches (= 55,8 x 35,6 x 22,8 cm). Please let us know if you travel with more or oversized luggage so we can lead you through simple process of upgrading to a larger vehicle.

You can pay in advance for your whole trip securely by your credit card with just one click. There are no unpleasant surprises awaiting you later.

We also offer the option of paying the full amount in cash directly to our driver as soon as you meet him.

All our transfers include Door-to-Door service on your schedule.

Your private driver will pick you up and drop you off at your chosen address – your hotel, apartment, restaurant, airport, bus/train station, harbor dock or any other location that is accessible by car.
